Subsequently, a KEY ingredient to better communication in relationships is discovering how women and men differ in the way  they listen to each other.

Well Superryder, I'm glad you enjoyed the light tone of this video! Of course, you do have a point that when arguments reach the screaming stage (and men are as equally guilty as women of this) all chances for meaningful communication are squashed. That's why I'm a big advocate of couples taking an adult "time out" when conversations get heated so that cooler heads will prevail.
